J. A. Townsend was born and raised outside the city of Dallas, in the large state of Texas. In the vast open spaces of her childhood home, she would often roam the brambles of the wooded acreage and imagine magical worlds. J. A. considers her five children and wonderful husband to be the adventure of her life. But when she's not spending time with them, she's lost in a diy project or buried in a book.
